Ingredients:

  • 1 Kilo of tomatoes
  •  2 cloves garlic
  • 3 grams of herbs (rosemary, oregano, thyme)
  • 6 grams sugar
  • 2 grams of salt
  • Pepper to taste
  • 30 grams of olive oil

Preparation:

Cut the tomatoes in slices. Separately, chop the garlic (in very small pieces) and mix with the olive oil, herbs, salt and sugar. Arrange the tomato slices on a baking sheet and pour the oil mixture on top of the tomatoes. Pre-heat the oven to 100 degrees, and bake the tomatoes between an hour and hour and a half until partially dehydrated. Remove and crush the baked tomato, if desired, add a little more olive oil.
